Erika Bridges is legitimately a mogul in the making. Her passion and drive are unmatched, and she does it all so fiercely. Folks, I’m telling you she walked in the studio for this shoot giving Miranda Priestly, Devil Wears Prada, vibes, and I mean that in all of the right ways. I loved every minute of it!
So the question remains, from where does one derive this tenacity and poise?
Here’s the rundown:
Erika graduated from High Point University in 2017, where she majored in Business Administration and Marketing, with a concentration in Pre-Law after starting her own charitable business. In essence, she is planning on running the world!
In addition to her presumably daunting course load, she was also an athlete. Let’s make this even more interesting…. she wasn’t just any athlete, she was a heptathlete on the Track & Field team. I literally had to google this event because lordt knows Track & Field was not fa me (dont judge me…). For those who are as oblivious as I was, a heptathlete is someone who competes in the Heptathlon, which is a series of events across two days.
Day 1:
100 meter hurdles
high jump
shot put
200 meters
Day 2:
Long jump
Javelin
800 meters
This may seem slightly tangential, but it’s important to note this level of dedication, endurance, and resilience as it sets a foundation and context for who she is. Also, it’s just super dope (shrugs).
Fast forward to graduation and Erika immediately began working in the Interior Design Industry, where she was the Director of Marketing for a company based in Atlanta, GA and pursuing Marketing and Brand Consulting in her free time. Which is to say, she bossed up right after school.
Then she leveled up again and is now working at a law firm focusing on Marketing & Client Relations and building brand recognition around the Metro Atlanta area, Florida, and the Carolinas.
Oh, last but not least, she’s under 25…
Annnnddddd…..Here are her red bottoms! You thought I forgot about the fashion. (kiss emoji).
This look is daring and confident. The cut of the dress promotes intrigue, but its cover says don’t test me! Paired with the Christian Louboutin – Cosmo 554, she has ascended to a limitless status.
Simply put, she’s style & grace meets grit & resilience, and if any of those were currency, she’d be a billionaire!
